寿司 AN EDIBLE ZINE 2019

This project is a bi-monthly subscription zine based around sushi and featuring new recipes in each edition, centered around a specific ingredient. Editions include: crab, vegetable, shrimp, blue fin, yellowtail, and octopus. Not only does each installment feature three new recipes, but the zines are printed on edible rice paper to roll sushi in, and bound with chopsticks. Subscribers can learn new recipes and literally eat the cookbook, adding an entirely new dimension of novelty and connection between design and viewer.
